A tracking number may be generated before the carrier completes its first scan. During this period, the tracking page might display “Unknown,” “Pending,” “Not Found,” “Pre-shipment” or “Tracking does not exist.”
For deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and European Union countries, tracking generally becomes active within 3–7 business days. Delays can occur while the parcel is processed by the origin postal service, cleared for export or transferred between carriers.
Some international postal services provide limited tracking events, so updates may only appear when the parcel reaches the destination country. If the number remains inactive after seven business days, contact [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.
