You have to sign in to your account, open the order dashboard and select “View Tracking” if the order status is marked as “Completed.”
Orders finalized before 3:00 PM GMT are generally dispatched:
Within approximately three hours for Express Shipping orders.
Within approximately 48 hours for Guaranteed EU Delivery orders.
Orders finalized after 3:00 PM GMT are generally dispatched on the next business day.
Weekends and public holidays may extend processing by up to 48 hours.
A tracking number may be issued within 24 hours after dispatch, but it can take 5–7 business days to become active on the carrier’s website. If your order is not marked as “Completed” within three business days, email [email protected] with your order number.
