Guaranteed EU Delivery appears at checkout only when all eligibility requirements are met:

- The cart contains an eligible product: Modvigil, Artvigil, Modalert or Waklert.
- The order contains no more than 130 tablets.
- The selected product is currently available through the EU Store.
Enter your complete EU delivery address and review the cart quantity. If the order qualifies, select “Guaranteed EU Delivery” in the shipping section and pay the additional charge shown at checkout.
If the option still does not appear, do not complete the order using standard shipping if you require guarantee coverage. Contact support to confirm product, destination and stock eligibility.
Eligible packages generally take approximately 12–30 days. Tracking may remain unchanged until the parcel reaches the destination country. If customs stops a covered shipment, it may qualify for a free reshipment or full refund under the service terms.
