Contact customer support immediately with your order number and the corrected shipping address. The address can only be changed before the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse.
Once the shipment has left the origin country, we usually cannot change or redirect it. Do not place a duplicate order unless support advises you to do so. For security, support may ask you to verify your order details before updating the address.
