Guaranteed EU Delivery must be selected during checkout. If it was not selected, the order may be dispatched from India or Singapore using the standard shipping service.
Contact customer support immediately if the order was placed less than two hours ago and has not been dispatched. Support may be able to change the shipping method after confirming eligibility and collecting any additional delivery charge.
Once two hours have passed or the parcel has been dispatched, the route cannot be changed. Guaranteed EU Delivery is currently available only for eligible orders of Modvigil, Artvigil, Modalert and Waklert. This option routes qualifying parcels through the EU; it does not necessarily mean they originate there.
