If a Bitcoin refund is offered, you will need to provide a public BTC wallet address and agree to the amount, exchange rate, network fee and processing terms before it is sent.
Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain and are generally irreversible; they are not completely anonymous. Never share your wallet password, private key, recovery phrase or verification codes. Do not create a crypto wallet unless you understand and accept how the refund will work.
